Contract Details: The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies, which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as, defined in FAR 39.002.

Contract Details: The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) is an ID/IQ contract serving the Department of Homeland Security as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories (FC).


Contract Details: The Enterprise System Life Cycle Management Support (ELMS) is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides a vehicle for the procurement of information technology (IT) support, IT service support, and IT management services support. Task orders will be awarded under this contract to support planning, design, development, testing, implementation, operations and maintenance for FDA's automated systems and business application software that integrate hardware, software, data and communication technologies. The ELMS contract has a ceiling of $2 billion with a 10-year period of performance if all options are exercised.


Contract Details: The ENCORE II contracts provide IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).


Contract Details: This performance-based contract to build HUD Information Technology Services (HITS) has a one-year base period with up to 10 option years that would bring the value of the contract up to $860 million if HUD exercises all ten options.

Alliant GWAC

Contract Details: The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies that may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002.

Army ITES-2S

Contract Details: Performance-based IT solutions enable transformation.

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) program is a performance-based, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will help the U.S. Army acquire innovative, standardized, turnkey solutions and services. EDS, along with our larger team of partners including V-TECH Solutions, can bring proven experience and capabilities delivering end-to-end IT solutions across all ITES-2S requirement areas.


Contract Details: The purpose of the Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract is to provide Air Force, Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of Department of Defense (DoD) adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force, Joint, and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures. The NETCENTS contract will include Network-Centric Information Technology, Networking, Telephony and Security (NCITNTS) Voice, Video and Data Communications to include (but not limited to) Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, system solutions and systems hardware and software to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility, and resource sharing of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), supporting the Air Force's Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture. NCITNTS is designed as a flexible end-user solution to embrace diverse current and future requirements, ensure interoperability through standards-based technology (using both GFE and CFE) and implement the constant evolution of state-of-the-art technology and system solutions, supporting initiatives such as the Defense Information System Network (DISN), Defense Switch Network (DSN), Defense Message System (DMS), Air Force System Network (AFSN) (Secret Internet Protocol Router Network – (SIPRNET), Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network – (NIPRNET)), Defense Research & Engineering Network (DREN) and Combat Information Transport Systems (CITS) program.


Contract Details: The NSA Set-Aside for Small Business (NSETS) program is a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a potential value of up to $350 million and potential contract duration of six years.

Navy SeaPort-e

Contract Details: SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation's engine of job growth. {read more details} (link to Contract/Seaport E page)


Contract Details: Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract establishes an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services & capabilities that supports the global intelligence and C2 assets vital to the security of the United States. SITE, an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, provides receptive, adaptive, and timely solutions for organizations to satisfy current and future information technology requirements. Support requirements range from per call and "on-call" to full-time attendant support at sites around the world, including locations considered high risk, crisis/danger areas.

SITE is a multiple award contract vehicle that allows for competition between SITE awardees for work at the Task Order level. Each Task Order specifies the IT solutions & services as outlined by a Statement of Objectives (SSO), Statement of Work (SOW), or Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS). The SITE contract framework provides for centralized oversight & monitoring with decentralized execution through MOA/MOUs with Services and agencies.


Contract Details: TASER is a contract vehicle aimed at timely and responsive research into and implementation of innovative solutions to emerging critical geospatial intelligence requirements. The NGA Acquisition Directorate, Acquisition Systems Office (AS) established this contract vehicle to investigate, deploy, and sustain these new technical solutions and to provide software application sustainment services for some existing capabilities.

VA VistA

Contract Details: In 1996, the Chief Information Office introduced VISTA, which is the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture. It is a rich, automated environment that supports day-to-day operations at local Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care facilities. VISTA is built on a client-server architecture, which ties together workstations and personal computers with graphical user interfaces at Veterans Health Administration (VHA) facilities, as well as software developed by local medical facility staff. VISTA also includes the links that allow commercial off-the-shelf software and products to be used with existing and future technologies. The Decision Support System (DSS) and other national databases that might be derived from locally generated data lie outside the scope of VISTA.
