Incorporated in the District of Columbia in 2000, since day one V-Tech has honored its commitment to give back to our local community by creating new jobs and hiring local workers, donating goods and services to help those in need, and giving our employees time off for volunteer activities. V-Tech continues to focus on creating a collaborative environment for the personal and professional development of our team members, while also driving change and empowerment in the communities where we serve. Most recently, V-Tech received the 2020 HUBZone Small Business of the Year award for creating new jobs in underserved areas of Washington, DC and Montgomery, AL.

Victor P. Holt

Victor P. Holt is the Founder, President and CEO of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. (V-Tech). A native of Washington, D.C., Victor is a proud graduate of DC Public Schools. He was introduced to Information Technology while serving in the US Air Force. His natural affinity for technology continued to develop and expand while working at Federal, DoD and State government contracting organizations. His management expertise at large integrators such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Hewlett Packard, and 8(a) businesses lead him to incorporate V-Tech in 2000. As V-Tech's President and CEO, Victor translates vision into action. Under his leadership, V-Tech has become a premier small business in health, technology and professional services in the government contracting and commercial sectors. And, as a native Washingtonian and DC-based business, Victor has held steadfast to his roots by driving V-Tech's successes as a catalyst to contribute to the wellbeing of District residents by providing career opportunities and charitable contributions to institutions that serve the local community. A true visionary, Victor opened the doors to V-Tech with the corporate motto, "Excellence at Work,” which exemplifies his business philosophy and permeates every aspect of the organization. His mandate for service delivery says it all: "V-Tech is committed to quality as a basic business principle. We believe quality means providing our customers with excellent services that satisfy their requirements.”

Meet The Team

VICE PRESIDENT OF SERVICE DELIVERY

Sandra A Yates

Meet Sandra A. Yates, our Vice President of Service Delivery at V-Tech who is a native Washingtonian born and raised in Riggs Park in Northeast, D.C. Sandra is a graduate of George Washington University where she studied Accounting and is a soon to be graduate of University of Maryland Global Campus receiving a degree in Legal Studies. Sandra’s 30+ year professional management background has been almost exclusively in organizational management and service delivery. She led V-Tech’s internal management team that developed the organization’s ISO 20000 certified IT Service Management System (ITSMS) while also obtaining several technical certifications to manage the system itself. Along with working in corporate leadership, Sandra manages V-Tech’s Project Management Office (PMO) and directly oversees several government contracts.

SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Lynn Choy

Lynn Choy has been our Senior Staff Accountant at V-Tech for 9 years. Lynn moved to the Washington, D.C. area years ago to be closer to family and to begin a family of her own. Lynn is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County where she studied Mathematics. Lynn’s highlight of working at V-Tech has been working in a diverse environment and work culture that has lead her to understand more about D.C.’s culture and the importance of sewing back into the community.

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR ASSOCIATE

Hailey Holt

Hailey is our Organizational Behavior Associate and has been with the company for about 6 months. Although her background is mostly in Psychology, Hailey brings her insight of Diversity and Inclusion as well as her knowledge of Corporate Growth and Development to the team. Hailey is another native Washingtonian from the Columbia Heights area of the city. Hailey attended the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA and received both a B.A. in Music and a B.S. in Psychology. Shortly after receiving her degrees from Louisiana State University, she continued to hone her craft in Psychological studies at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. Hailey’s main focus at V-Tech is to ensure that every action that we take in the realm of hiring and corporate development is through the lens of inclusivity and leads representation of those who may not be present in V-Tech.
